I requested a withdrawal from the Spin Galaxy casino of $400. since October 8 by check electronic.
At the beginning on the chat an agent answered me and since October 18 I have been on the chat and it is a conversational agent, it is a computer that answers me and disconnects me, no way to speak to a person.
I wrote to them by email no response from them.
When I go to the casino to see where my withdrawal is, it says the withdrawal request is being processed. And on the chat, the computer tells me that there are no withdrawals in progress.
