Delayed withdrawal for 13 days and unresponsive support

After being told my withdraw had been processed and I should only have to wait 3-7 days its been 13 days now and the support aren't responding... at all!

All kyc documents had been verified. I can still login. It shows my transaction list with my withdrawal pending.

I payed to play, won $1000 withdraw able made the withdraw and now nothing at all??

Payment issue

I have a withdrawal of 300 dollars canadian that was submitted on March fourth it has been processing since March fifth. My account is verified and no bonus was used. I have attempted to contact customer service on the site many many times with no luck and very little response. Website states 3-7 business days for withdrawals, it has been 10 business days. I hope you can help with this

Waiting for my withdrawal 400 USD since October 8th

Hello,

I requested a withdrawal from the Spin Galaxy casino of $400. since October 8 by check electronic.

At the beginning on the chat an agent answered me and since October 18 I have been on the chat and it is a conversational agent, it is a computer that answers me and disconnects me, no way to speak to a person.

I wrote to them by email no response from them.

When I go to the casino to see where my withdrawal is, it says the withdrawal request is being processed. And on the chat, the computer tells me that there are no withdrawals in progress.

My account has been successfully vérified. I tried to send you the proofs in a screenshot and it doesn't work.

I hope you can help me, please
