I have not been a Spidervegas customer for long, but I am sure I will never see the money I deposited again. It started with the fact that I could only re-enter a fraction of my deposit as a withdrawal. The customer support instructed me to send an email to [email protected]. However, these emails come back ("The address was not found. Your message was not delivered because the address could not be found or cannot receive emails").
The customer service (chat) has claimed that the finance department has IT problems. In the meantime, the chat is down and the general address email@example.com does not work either.

In my opinion, you should warn them immediately, because every dollar that is deposited there goes into their bankruptcy estate.
