Slow payment and no answer to my emails

i joined this casino a few months ago and made around 5 deposits and won 1000 i played with a deposit bonus and completed all the waggering i also sent in all docs for verification which were accepted after a few days but the proplem is they will not pay my winnings and it states on askgamblers 24hr for e wallet withdraws but on the casino web page its 3 working days but my withdraw is now over this time frame so i sent them an email to say they were breaking their own terms and cons but they still have not payed up and even worse wont answer my emails can askgamblers help me out here thx

yes i can confirm that i got the payment to my neteller account but i dont agree with the time frame the casino has stated as the withdraw was made on the 03/05/15 and the docs were sent on the same day and the withdraw was only payed today so i cannot see were the casino is getting the 48hrs time frame from its more like 120hrs but the main thing is i got payed thx askgamblers for the help can i now close this complaint

333 Palace stopped paying my win

I won at 333palace and I sent them documents, my account was verified and I was making withdrawals there. After they paid 10,000 euro they stopped paying. In an email they said it was a random check and asked for picture of me holding my ID next to my face. After i sent that picture, they wrote: ''We sent the documents to our banks for validation . We will contact you in case they were not validated. Your future withdrawals will be proceed without delays.'' But nothing happened, they did not pay and I emailed them again after 10 days, they said my withdrawals are on hold until they verify other players. I dont think that it is fair to tell me to wait for other people. They paid already more than half my win, did they stop paying because i won too much money? I have 6300 euros waiting in my 333palace account.
