Delayed payment 639 EUR

I am submitting this complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal at SlotsGem Casino.
My account is fully verified – I have completed KYC and provided every document requested. Five days ago, I submitted a withdrawal request for €639.82 to the payment details registered on my account. Since then, the withdrawal has remained in pending/processing status, with no payment, no specific explanation, and no estimated completion time.
There is no outstanding verification requirement on my account, and I have met all withdrawal conditions. A delay of six days on a fully verified account, with no meaningful communication, is unreasonable.
I respectfully request that SlotsGem process and release my €639.82 withdrawal without further delay, or provide a clear and specific reason for the hold. I would appreciate AskGamblers' assistance in bringing this to a prompt resolution.
