SlotsDon deducted balance without a reason

Hello AskGamblers

I made deposit 2000 EUR using cryptocurrency and received casino welcome bonus 4000 EUR

After that I started playing casino slot 20 HOT SUPER FRUITS and lost my real balance (2000 EUR). I still had my bonus balance (4000 EUR) and I played slot BAKERY BONANZA with a bet 4.80 EUR and after I completed wagering requirements x35 my balance was approximately 16 600 EUR.

I made withdraw request 1950 EUR , it was successful.

There were 14706.88 EUR still left on my balance.

Casino sent me email that I need to pass KYC verification and link.

I passed this verification and made another withdraw request.

Slots Don casino made Balance Deduction 14706.88 EUR. Whole balance was removed.

I did not received any emails from casino what is the reason for this.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that SlotsDon Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

We confirm that there is no evidence that Latvia was not on the list of restricted countries for claiming a bonus on October 4th.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved, and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

On 4 October 2025 according to bonus terms and conditions players from Latvia were allowed to claim welcome casino bonus, because , when I made deposit (4 October 2025), SlotsDon Casino automatically credited welcome bonus 200% to my account.

Hi AskGamblers and SlotsDon Casino.

When I registered on 4 October 2025 , I carefully read bonus terms and conditions and Latvia was not in "Excluded list"

When I won large amount 16 600 EUR with a bonus, SlotsDon casino administration decided not to pay out winnings and added Latvia to "Excluded list" AFTERWARDS (after 4 October 2025).

SlotsDon Casino administration blame player (me) that I breached bonus terms and conditions, however this is NOT true.

SlotsDon Casino gave player bonus , and after player won, SlotsDon Casino deduct winnings 14706.88 EUR and give 200 EUR , this is total absurd.

I disagree with SlotsDon Casino decision, because casino manipulate with editing bonus terms and conditions on their website.

Slotsdon Did Not Credit USDC Deposit Now Demanding Screenshot of Old Address

After realizing my deposit was not credited, I contacted Slotsdon’s support and provided all the relevant information, including the transaction hash. However, I was later told that they now need a screenshot of the deposit address I was shown at the time of the transaction.

Unfortunately, this address is no longer available or visible to me, because their system (xcoins) has since changed it. I was never informed that I needed to capture a screenshot, and it is unreasonable to expect players to document a temporary address when a verifiable blockchain transaction is already provided.

To make matters worse, I also contacted their crypto payment provider, Xcoins, who told me that this issue is entirely Slotsdon’s responsibility and offered no assistance in tracing or confirming the transaction.

Summary of my concerns:

I followed all instructions and sent the funds successfully.

I provided the blockchain hash as proof.

I’m now being asked for a screenshot that is impossible to retrieve.

Xcoins, their crypto provider, has refused to assist and deferred responsibility back to Slotsdon.

I request:

That my USDC deposit be manually verified and credited based on the blockchain hash.

That Slotsdon update their crypto deposit process to prevent this kind of issue.

A refund if they are unwilling or unable to credit the deposit.

I have acted in good faith and fulfilled all user-side responsibilities. I kindly ask AskGamblers to intervene and help resolve this matter.
