Wire Transfer Not Received Yet


My withdrawal request of $650.00 has been approved. According to Slots of Vegas Casino, they submitted the wire transfer on July 6, 2020. My bank has not received the wire transfer. I contacted the casino and I was told to give it until July 24, 2020, and contact them if not received by then. I waited until July 27, 2020 to contact them. I was told they would contact the processing department. I have not heard back from them. I would like to know when I am getting my winnings.

I'm very sorry for the delays you've had with this.

We hit a bit of a backlog in the first half of July and it's taking a while for our processor to get caught up. I've checked on your payment with our processor and I've been told that you should be receiving the payment in the next day or so. As soon as I have final confirmation that this has been completed, I'll be sure to let you know.
