I played at slots of fortune and won 1600.00 . I got down to 1200.00 and tried to cash out. They locked my account and said I had a debt to pay to ewallet express and until that was satisfied it would be locked. ok I paid them and my account was good again. slots of fortune said they will open my account but they are keeping my winnings of 1200.00. Can they do that?

Not paying the remaining $16K of the requested cashouts

Hi. I signed up at Slots of Fortune Casino on 11/15/2013 and was super lucky on my very first deposit ending with a balance of $24,138. After verification I made my first withdrawal a few days later.(only $500 at a time may be requested) I received several payments of $500,until my balance was $16250. My next withdrawal on 6/5/2014 was never paid and I was informed that my account was subject to a random review that would take up to 90 days. Now almost 5 months later and after several attempts to withdraw I am still being stalled for my money. HELP, please.

reversed my withdrawal

I played with Slots of Fortune and won $318.00 on April 12th. I requested a eBank Withdrawal and checked it everyday to see when they were going to process the request. Everyday, it stated it was processing my request.

Today, I just received an email from the stating that MY reversal has been processed as requested. See email below:

I immediately got online with their chat support and the young lady told me there was nothing she could do for me. When I checked to see if I could withdraw again using eBank, the option was no longer available only eWallet account which I don't have anyway. I sent them an email stating that I want my money ASAP and I want the withdrawal put back. They processed two credit card payments from me very easily and I want my damn money.
