Cannot withdraw winnings

Hello

I deposited 250 SEK at this site and completed the wager from the welcome bonus.

After the wager was done I had 600 SEK and decided I wanted to withdraw the money.
I sent the documents and got verified.

Despite being verified I can´t request a withdraw. At the withdraw tab it just says ”Withdrawals disabled.Please make a first deposit to enable withdrawals!”

I contacted the support again and they told me to clear browser cache and try different browsers. After this they also added a 100 SEK bonus to my account for some reason.

I tried clearing cache and different browsers but it didnt help of course.

Contacted them again and now they want me to deposit again using a different mastercard button because the other one was not eligible for withdrawals.

Since I dont want to make another deposit to the most unprofessional casino I have ever encountered my money is now stuck there. Also im afraid a second deposit would not solve the issue.
