Slotamba Casino - Payment still pending no answer

I asked the casino multiple times to close my account permanently. Since the first of August 2024, I have sent them over 10 emails to 3 different email addresses and yet they keep refusing to close my account. I contacted [email protected], I contacted [email protected], then they told me I had to contact [email protected], which I did and yet they first offered me freebets and then later asked me for the reason. I have told them multiple times the reason. At first, I told them that I was not happy with their customer service and their offers and therefore I did not want to play on their platform anymore. Later, I also told them that I was suffering from gambling addiction and yet they just kept asking me and ignoring my request. Meanwhile, I have deposited and lost over 2000€ probably. I want them to close my account permanently asap and I also demand compensation.

I am registered at Winscore casino with username: < username removed >. I made a withdrawal request of 1800 NOK the first time. It is now the second week and they have not paid my withdrawal. I deposited using Visa card, they asked for a Swift account to make the withdrawal payment, which I provided. After several days, without receiving the payment. I contacted Winscore asking why, they then told me it is my Bank that is not accepting the payment. I then contacted my Bank regarding this. My Bank told me they could not see any payment coming to my account. Winscore now offer only Crypto payment to pay my withdrawal because they know I do not have Crypto nor do I intend to have one. This is deliberate to avoid paying while returning my withdrawal to my playing balance account. I gave them my Mifinity account but they told me they will only pay with the crypto option they provide in my account. I hope you guys will look into this.

I made a deposit of 50 euros on the 28th of October, it is still being sent, operators tell me the same thing every day to wait... The money is still not been returned or put into my account. I hope to get my money back, it's not normal to wait so long it's my money and I don't want to lose it, I really hope you can help me get my money back, thank you very much for your understanding.
