Hi,

I can't withdraw my 550 euro win from the casino. I have talked to my bank and with Skycrown. The issues lay with them and I'm told it's a technical issue with credit card payments. I hope that's true but the other options they offered are not available for me to use. No fiat to crypto and as I deposit 3 times through mastercard (And I live in Sweden) which is correct with their terms and agreements I feel a bit sad. I have offered to take a crypto payment or a PayPal payment to which they don't reply and go around the question. I hope this can be resolved smoothly. Amount 550 Euro.

UPDATE
After many exchanges, Skycrown have responded and they asked me for my banking info. The money is supposed to be manually transferred to my bank account.

Its been 4 days since I uploaded my bank info.. No withdrawal yet confirmed (or change to balance).

Been talking back and forth with support and have now been temporarily suspended as the withdrawal is being made.

The current balance is 1000 euro and I'm waiting for cashout by manual bank transfer.

I have received my winnings and are very happy that Skycrown and Askgamblers resolved this! It took almost 2 weeks start to finish with KYC and all but the complaint is resolved.

I would also like to thank the support at Skycrown for being there 24/7.
