I have several withdrawals pending for more than 5000 euros for more than 13 days.
They asked me on the first day to send documents supporting my address. I did it and I am KYC 3. No news since.
They banned me from support, they don't respond to emails, and they don't give or ask for any additional information.
I did what he asked me but they did not validate my withdrawals.
Help me please I have seen a lot of gamblers have the same issue with this site.
