Withdrawal under review and no response from Shuffle support emails
Hi Askgamblers team,
I have now waited several days for my withdrawal of roughly €350 (euro).
Once I submitted my withdrawal I needed to complete KYC4, and it was confirmed within a few minutes. I already had KYC,1,2,3 confirmed.
But my withdrawal was still missing and under review.
I contacted support who simply blocked me from using live support chat and gives me an automated answer to reach via email to [email protected].
I have reached multiple times without any explanation, help or answer. Only automated answer with same useless information.
I have tried to ask them for help, but shuffle have zero emotions towards their users, they do not care they holding money for us. They do not apologise for the inconvenience. They do not care at all.
I need a solution. And since shuffle refuses to help me or answer me I'm turning to Askgamblers for help.
There excuses of manual review is nothing but a lie when all my documents are confirmed already.
Please helpe have my withdrawal approved.
