Withdrawal problem on Shuffle casino

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unresolved withdrawal issue with Shuffle.com.
On 05 June/2025, I deposited $3,000 into my Shuffle.com account. After playing, I made a small withdrawal of $50 to ensure everything was working properly. That withdrawal was successful and processed without issue.
Encouraged by this, I later requested a second withdrawal of $500. However, it has now been over 3 days, and the withdrawal is still stuck in "Review" status. I reached out to live chat support, but they have blocked me from contacting them again. I also sent an email to their official support address but have received no response at all.
I have completed the KYC process and verified my account, so there should be no compliance issue on my side.
This delay, combined with the lack of transparency and unavailability of support, is unacceptable and feels deliberately obstructive.
I kindly ask:
That Shuffle.com immediately reviews and processes my $500 withdrawal.
That their team responds to my support emails and unblocks chat access for proper communication.
That AskGamblers helps ensure this case is resolved fairly and promptly.
