Withdrawal in review for 18 days all verification done

this complaing is regarding my experience with Shuffle. I have been an active member of the site for months with no issues, as long as i was in the red and losing. After a few bigger withdrawals which came from sport betting, three withdrawals totaling 250€ were not paid out + additional 1000€ is still sitting in the balance.
It is important to note that these withdrawals as well as the 1000€ in the balance were not gained through sport betting. This money was acquired through casino.
I talked to support and was told that their sports team was reviewing my account. As stated earlier, the money they are refusing to pay out was not gained through sport betting, instead it was won in the casino section.
I was told I would be notified as soon as there was an update. About 15 days later, I messaged support MYSELF, and got an instant response asking to complete verification, which I promptly completed. Please notice how I was not updated by them, but I had to reach out myself. It is safe to assume that I would still be awaiting response now have I not asked for an update.
It has now been a few days since I completed verification, both of my documents are completely valid and legitimate. I received an automated reponse saying that they are reviewing my documents. When I asked for more details, they stopped responding. It has now been 3 days with no response from Shuffle.
I fulfilled everything that was requested from my side and I am now being ignored. It has been 18 (!!!) days now and I still cannot withdraw my money.
Just to add, I am a Platinum 2 user with nearly $300k in wagers on the site.
I have no option but to go public with this matter and hope it gets resolved this way. It is unacceptable for a casino to act this way. It does not take this long to verify my account or my documents.
