Withdrawal in review and no response from Shuffle
I have been trying to speak with the live support, but no one is actually responding to me. They just use the AI-generated message saying “we are unable to assist you via Live Support, please email [email protected]” and I have already sent them numerous emails and launched new chats, but the response I am getting is just Ai generated same messages every time when I tried to reach out to them.
Basically, on February 4th 2026 4:13 PM i deposited 2000 USDT to my Shuffle account (username: Hollandgan) and I did a quick bet on Roulette, all I think is just go on a quick bet if i win I withdraw and pay my bills, if I lose I will just go away and find ways to pay my overdue debts and bills payment.
Fortunately, I did a quick bet, and I won. Then on February 4th, 2026, 4:16 P,M I quickly submitted my withdrawals, and I have not gotten my withdrawals until now. Back and forth after hours of waiting, I started to contact Live support on my Shuffle account, and no one responded. Just sending me Ai generated message as mentioned.
I tried sending an email to them. As I sent more and more emails, I only got 3 responses. First, they told me to get verified. I done it. Second, they told me to wait for the verification, and the compliance team is verifying. Third, they kind of threatened me in a way by saying, “ Please note that spamming may result in a delay in this process.” I was frustrated, anxious & terrified by that statement. Which is why I kept sending emails to Shuffle until now. I do not receive any updates from Shuffle.
Until now, I have yet to receive any responses from them, which makes me terrified.
I tried reaching out to them in every way, still no response.
