Withdrawal has been pending for more than a month while the account is fully verified
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting this formal complaint regarding a pending withdrawal from the online bookmaker Shuffle.
Between April and May 2025, I deposited a total of $1,010 into my Shuffle account in several increments. I did not accept any bonuses during this period. After placing a few sports bets, my balance was reduced to $469.
I fully verified my account and submitted a withdrawal request for the remaining balance on June 9, 2025. As of July 16, 2025, the withdrawal has still not been processed or received.
I contacted the support team via email and received a response on July 1, stating that the transaction is under review by the compliance team. However, no further updates have been provided. Given that my account is fully verified, I find it unreasonable and unacceptable that a review process should take over five weeks without resolution.
I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue and urge you to contact Shuffle on my behalf to expedite the withdrawal. I attached all relevant proofs to this complaint.
