Withdrawal delayed 10 days and more
I am a verified user of Shuffle.com, and I submitted a withdrawal request after placing legitimate bets with my own deposited funds. I did not use any bonuses, and all my KYC documents were approved.
My withdrawal request has been stuck in “review” status for over 10 days. I contacted their support team several times, but I only received vague replies such as “no update at this time.” No specific reason or timeline was provided.
I have already submitted all required documents and followed every instruction. At this point, I have filed a formal complaint with their license compliance partner, Xecutive Corporate Management B.V. (XCM).

– KYC verification
– Communication with support
– Pending withdrawal page (if applicable)
I respectfully ask AskGamblers to assist in resolving this issue. If the withdrawal is eventually processed, I will gladly update this complaint and mark it as resolved.
