My username is Radusia777. I played on the SHUFFLE platform and won 25,358 TRX, which I requested to withdraw. I submitted all the required documents, and they were successfully verified. My account is fully verified.
However, the withdrawal is still pending, and I have not received the funds. It has now been 18 days since I made the request. I was promised that the issue would be resolved within 15 days, but this deadline has already passed.
I have also tried to contact support, but I have not received any response. Please look into this matter and help process my withdrawal as soon as possible.
I appreciate your platform and services, and I hope for a prompt and fair resolution to this issue.
