Hello i have 3 withdrawals pending for more than 600 usdt for more than 7 days.
They asked me on the first day to send documents supporting my address and Id I did it and I am KYC 5 fully verified. No news since.
At live chat they only say same story that my account is scheduled to manual review but at website shows that all mu docs are verified
I did what he asked me but they did not validate my withdrawals.
Help me please I have seen a lot of gamblers have the same issue with this site.
