My withdrawal request of 6865 USDT has been stuck in “review” status for over one month 10 days. I contacted their support team several times, but I only received vague replies such as “no update at this time.” No specific reason or timeline was provided.
I have already submitted all required documents and followed every instruction.

– KYC verification
– Deposits
– Pending withdrawal page
