I would like to file a complaint against the bookmaker Shuffle. I have successfully passed all required verifications and provided the requested documents. Despite this, my withdrawal request of 1414.5 USD has been pending for over one month since the submission date.
Every time I contact support, they only reply that my documents are being reviewed manually. This situation is unacceptable, as I have fully complied with all verification requirements and there is no reason to delay the withdrawal for such a long period.
I kindly ask you to assist me in resolving this issue and ensure that Shuffle processes my withdrawal of 1414.5 USD without further unjustified delays.
