I would like to request your assistance regarding an issue with Shuffle.com Casino, which has been blocking my withdrawal since May 14, 2025.
My account is verified until step 3. I tried to chat with live support and responded with "For assistance with your query, please email [email protected], and a member of our Sports Compliance Team will get back to you as soon as possible." But until now, I have emailed, but there has been no reply.
I tried to message on X but did not receive a reply, and I have attached screenshots confirming this, yet my 3 withdrawals of 890.14 USD, 35.61 USD, and 14.84 USD remain pending without any explanation.

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Shuffle Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player might have been involved in committing potential fraudulent activities.
The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.
I've submitted all the relevant information, but they're treating it differently.
I've even asked for official government documents to validate it, but they still refuse.
