I made an account af shuffle a couple of weeks ago and have been playing a mix of slots and betting. In the last few days, I won a bit and did a few withdrawals with no problem. Then yesterday after I tried to withdraw 2500$ I got asked to verify ID, which is normal so I did. On the site it says verification completed but support says it has to be manually verified. Then after chatting with them a few times they disabled chat for me and redirected me to email. Wow... Email no responses. Now it's 24h already and completely ignored. I never did anything shady or wrong. Account name is < username removed >, please help.
