Hello,
I am writing to file a complaint against Shiny Wilds Casino regarding a
delayed withdrawal.
Withdrawal Amount: €1,000
Payment Method: MiFinity
Transaction ID: 3737662162
Date of Request: October 13, 2026 (at 9:17 PM)
Current Status: Pending / In progress
I made this withdrawal request on October 13, 2026. Despite my previous successful withdrawals on this platform, my funds are still stuck in "Pending" status after more than 72
hours.
When I contacted live support, they gave me generic responses about a high volume of requests and "additional verification procedures," but they did not provide any specific timeframe, nor did they request any documents from me. My account has already been verified previously, and I have strictly followed all terms and conditions.
Could you please help me intervene so that Shiny Wilds processes my payment and releases my €1,000 to my MiFinity account as soon as possible?
