Sent documents and having a pending withdrawal but have received no further information

I joined on Monday and have since won £120 which ive requested to be withdrawn ive sent the documents required but have heard nothing back, my deposits have been shown clearly in the history section but the withdrawal is still in the pending im not sure when i will get my money? I haven't had an email at all to say my documents have been received and u couldn't get through to customer services as the phone cuts off
