NetBet Casino - Stalling payment

I'm not sure if this is too early to be posting about but as I've been reading the reviews it seems I'm having the same problem a lot off people have had.Recently I won £200 from netbet casino after a lot off deposits in the past. I withdrew on the 11/09 and it's now 15/09 and my withdrawal has not yet been processed I get an email saying I need to send my contact details so they can ring me. Today I get another email saying they have tried contacting and were unable to get through which isn't true because I always have my phone on me and even if someone has tried to call I will get a text to say so + asking for proof of identification shouldn't be necessary as I have done that in the past and still have the emails from netbet to say my documents have been verified and my withdrawal will be processed and in the next 24-48 hours. Don't understand why this seems to be a big issue with netbet.

I can see you've sent us the copies we've requested and they've been checked.

However we still need to be able to contact you on the phone in order to verify your details. This is required before processing any withdrawal and fully verifying your account.
