Scoobybet Casino has been delaying my payouts


Hello dear administration of the AskGamblers site. Scoobybet Casino has been delaying my payouts since January 2, 2024. It's about $288.

I have successfully withdrawn my winnings in December.

And all documents were successfully verified.

On January 3rd they asked me to upload a new selfie, which I did.

Since then they told me that it would take 2-3 days for verification.

I have screenshots to prove all this.

And few days ago I couldn’t log into my account, I got a message: "Your stall disabled".

Please help me get my fair winnings!

We regret to inform you that following the submitter's confirmation that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with the relevant regulatory body and, taking into account the fact that the parties did not reach a mutual agreement of settling the dispute, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has no other option but to close this complaint as unresolved. I wrote an email to compla­int­s@g­ami­ngl­ice­nce­s.com a few days ago but received no response. I don't know if this letter is a formal complaint or not.
I am also ready to discuss this, but I don’t quite understand what exactly to discuss.
I made a number of deposits, won, and wanted to withdraw my winnings. Instead, the casino ignores me, does not return my deposits, does not pay out winnings and has blocked my account.

Scoobybet Casino Delayed withdrawal 23000 usdt

Hello, dear administration of the LSB site. Scoobybet Casino has been delaying my payouts since December 1, 2023. Currently, they have paid out over $4000, but there is still over $23,000 remaining in my account. I kindly request your assistance in expediting the withdrawal of these funds

The details now:

I registered at this casino on November 30, 2023, UTC. I topped up my balance with a total of $300 in currency equivalent. Then, on December 1st, I hit a big win of $8,000 in the Mental slot in currency equivalent. I continued playing for a while, withdrew the first $500, and they took the winnings, claiming I had "bad bonuses" and there was a "virus" there. Eventually, after contacting regulatory authorities, the casino refunded the winnings. But there are no withdrawals because a lengthy verification process began. They delayed it in every possible way but made a couple of withdrawals. Then they started a "check" that ended on December 22, 2023. After that, I received two more payments. The casino promised to make payments on January 15, 2024 (imagine waiting two weeks just for one payout, they don't allow withdrawing the entire sum!). On January 1, 2024, I decided to buy bonuses and play slots. The game was going well, but something was missing. After losing some money, I went to sleep. On January 2, 2024, I bought about 10-15 expensive bonuses in the Tombstone slot and won x190 000. Now I try to log in, and my account is disabled. They simply turned off the account and won't allow me to log in. There are no emails in my inbox, and the chat is empty.

Summary:

Scoobybet casino initially took away my winnings but eventually returned them.

Then they delayed verification, but I passed it.

They conducted a check that concluded on December 22, 2023.

Made several payments.

They delayed withdrawals until January 15, 2024 (only one payout with a limit, for cryptocurrency...)

And now, they have completely disabled the account.

Please help me recover my winnings!

P/S The casino completed all checks by December 22, 2023. They've processed a portion of the payouts, including on December 23, 2023, and December 30, 2023. The withdrawal limits at the casino allowed them to complete all transactions at the beginning of December, but they stretched it to the maximum. They finished all checks, made a couple of payments, and then said to wait for 2 weeks, hoping that over the New Year holidays, I would lose everything. Fortunately, luck was on my side, and instead of continuing to pay out the winnings, they simply disabled my account and are not responding to my emails personally.

P/S/S I also have screenshots of the admin panel that the casino sent me, letters, chat responses and much more, in total more than 30 different screenshots, I am ready to send you everything you need upon request.
