I am trying to get myself verified after winning 250 euro at scatters casino. I am trying to get verified since Monday the 22th of November. Almost 1,5 weeks later they still delay this process and keep asking to send more documents and I did the last one on November 26.
They also dont state if a certain document is not accepted, I had to go to live chat 10 times to ask why it takes so long to get my account verified. I litterly lost 3 hours of my time getting myself verified and at the end its still not verified. In my 15 years as a casino player this never happened before.
Untill now they asked me to just wait but its now 5 days ago I send for the 5th time my proof of address and they keep on letting me waiting.
They are ok with deposit money but when withdrawing they keep you waiting. Its not fair if you ask me.

Hi George,
I received in total 4 different emails that my account has been verified (2 yesterday, 2 today). Your whole funnel is messed up.
I also received an email that my withdrawal has been processed. I hope this is 1-3 business days and not 2-4 weeks.
