I played on scatters casino 17.6.2021. I had my bonus wagering in process and they closed my account randomly without reason. I had 13000 euros of bonus money and they refused to open my account so i could finish the wagering. I asked on live chat what is the reason of account closure, they did not give me any reason even i asked several times. The only thing live chat said is that it was their decision to close the account. I didnt break any rules or anything. I made my account to scatters 19.5.2020 and my account is fully verified.

Thank you for waiting whilst this matter was looked into, I appreciate your patience.
Having forwarded the evidence to AskGamblers as per their request, I am now willing to divulge the reasons that the account was closed, namely but not exclusive to:
▪ Wagering bonuses on excluded Games
▪ Manipulation of software, exploitation of loopholes or other behaviours which amount to deliberate cheating
▪ Moving from large bets that are placed on high variance outcomes, and after a large win switching to normal variance outcomes with smaller bets with the purpose of clearing Wagering Requirements.
As we reserve the right for account closures we have chosen to exercise this, and as a gesture of goodwill the deposit upon which the bonus was claimed and misappropriated was refunded to you.
The terms and conditions which you signed up for are there to protect you as a player, however they are also there to ensure that fair play is in place, this applies from both the player AND the provider side.
As we have identified multiple breaches of said terms, we have no other alternative but to suspend your account indefinitely.
