I am currently waiting for 3000€ to be paid out by the casino. To be exact, I am waiting since the 9th of March. My withdrawal request has not been processed since.
I am fully verified and had successful cashouts before.
I had numerous chats which did not solve the problem. The casino is claiming problems with its payment provider. However, I highly doubt the casino intends to pay at all since the issue is going on for a month now.
I request the casino pay out my remaining balance in due time.

If this is really true the casino needs to be blacklisted right away.
Strange enough the casino continues to aggressivley promote 300%+ bonuses to players while not paying out. It seems they are trying to collect as many funds from clueless players as possible before everybody is aware of the fraud.
