Casino not responding and not paying my winnings

Hello i have won 3538 euro on scatterhall casino at 12 july. When i finished to play i have made withdrawal request of 500 euro. Time passed but there was no any feedback from casino and my cashout wasnt approved. Chat not working so i sent several mails in order to get an information about my withdrawal but casino did not respond. I ask askgamblers team to help me with my problem with this casino.

Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

Hi,

I would like to put in a complaint against Scatterhall.com. Did a deposit on their site for 2000skr (Swedish crowns) and after the deposit, I noticed that the slots were not available for my jurisdiction. So after that, I wanted to withdraw the funds that I deposited on their site.

So I sent in the KYC documents they were for a while under ''inspection'' and it took some time so I message them and asked and they said it could take between 1-5 business days. So after 6 or 7 days I wrote to them again and asked about it. And I was told they were going to forward my case. And after that, I got my account verified. So just that took over 5 days.

But now to the part I want your guys' help for. I won't get my deposit back. It just says pending. Hade a withdrawal from 25e of May and nothing happened with it. So 2023-05-09 I canceled it and tested again with a new withdrawal and it says the same after 2 days.

I have tried to contact the support/live chat and they just say that they don't handle ''withdraw cases'' and that I need to mail ([email protected]) so I did. I have sent 3 emails, one on Monday (2023-05-08), one on Tuesday (2023-05-09, and one today (Thursday 2023-05-11), and I haven't heard anything from them. Not even an email confirmation or ticket that says that they have received it. So I'm kinda out of hope.

The worst part is that it's not even winnings that I wanna withdraw, it's my own money that I deposited. So I really would like your guys to help to get this solved.
