On the 03-03 I placed a withdrawal for $500, the time frame given by them - I have exceeded it massively. We are 11 days later and currently its a daily/ bi daily chat with live chat - to be told it is being processed and sorry for the delay. Only for nothing to happen.
I have asked to speak to a manager - been told outright no that I am not allowed to and that no manager will deal with my case.
I have tried to complain via email to them also.
I feel I am getting nowhere so any help would be appreciated.

I had a $140 or so withdrawal go through fine initially. I believe this isnt using noda pay.
Also I think you have many options for payouts, why aren't I being given alternatives. It has been weeks and weeks since I have tried to withdraw. Instead you are giving "goodies" to incentivise me to gamble more, meanwhile I cannot withdraw - this is very bad practice.
I urge you to find an alternative method to pay me out, based on the fact it has been nearly a month since this complaint began. I think you should pay out at least $500 x 4 = $2000 to compensate for the lost time. You cannot keep holding back my winnings forever this is just wrong.
Thanks for the worst experience I've encountered so far with casinos.
