It should be okay now

Waiting over 2 weeks for my withdrawal to come through, nothing, spoke to live chat multiple times, was told to wait was told it takes this amount of time, then over the weekend I was told I would be contacted today because the finance department doesn't work over the weekend, I had to go back to live chat today, no email no confirmation I was told this(see attachment), essentially congratulated that now it's fine, still waiting for over 2 weeks because of whatever went wrong for them and still no withdrawal, I will remove this complaint when I get my withdrawal because for all I know I've got another 2 weeks to wait and it's beyond a joke, I'm not asking askgamblers or scatterhall for a response, people need to see this.

It has now been over a month with no money at all, asking for an update from scatterhall because they promised answers that I haven't seen or heard and also what they called a "goody", haven't heard or seen anything of that either, still waiting over a month on for my withdrawal of hundred dollars, please can I get an update scatterhall or askgamblers, john

Problem with withdrawal of my own deposit

Hi,

I would like to put in a complaint against Scatterhall.com. Did a deposit on their site for 2000skr (Swedish crowns) and after the deposit, I noticed that the slots were not available for my jurisdiction. So after that, I wanted to withdraw the funds that I deposited on their site.

So I sent in the KYC documents they were for a while under ''inspection'' and it took some time so I message them and asked and they said it could take between 1-5 business days. So after 6 or 7 days I wrote to them again and asked about it. And I was told they were going to forward my case. And after that, I got my account verified. So just that took over 5 days.

But now to the part I want your guys' help for. I won't get my deposit back. It just says pending. Hade a withdrawal from 25e of May and nothing happened with it. So 2023-05-09 I canceled it and tested again with a new withdrawal and it says the same after 2 days.

I have tried to contact the support/live chat and they just say that they don't handle ''withdraw cases'' and that I need to mail ([email protected]) so I did. I have sent 3 emails, one on Monday (2023-05-08), one on Tuesday (2023-05-09, and one today (Thursday 2023-05-11), and I haven't heard anything from them. Not even an email confirmation or ticket that says that they have received it. So I'm kinda out of hope.

The worst part is that it's not even winnings that I wanna withdraw, it's my own money that I deposited. So I really would like your guys to help to get this solved.
