Requested a withdrawal of ₹12,648.66 from my Roobet account (Username: < sent to the casino >) on April 28, 2025. As of today (May 4, 2025), it has been 6 days and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.
I have contacted Roobet support multiple times via email and chat. They keep sending the same repeated response saying they are waiting for a reply from their payment provider, but no actual update or solution is provided.
I have also sent them my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been received, and asked them either to credit the funds or reverse it to my Roobet account, but there has been no action taken.
I am now forced to escalate this matter here in hopes of getting proper help and resolution.
Requested resolution: Please credit my withdrawn funds to my bank account immediately or reverse it back to my Roobet wallet.
