Requested a withdrawal of ₹12,648.66 from my Roobet account (Username: < sent to the casino >) on April 28, 2025. As of today (May 4, 2025), it has been 6 days and the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

I have contacted Roobet support multiple times via email and chat. They keep sending the same repeated response saying they are waiting for a reply from their payment provider, but no actual update or solution is provided.

I have also sent them my bank statement as proof that the funds have not been received, and asked them either to credit the funds or reverse it to my Roobet account, but there has been no action taken.

I am now forced to escalate this matter here in hopes of getting proper help and resolution.

Requested resolution: Please credit my withdrawn funds to my bank account immediately or reverse it back to my Roobet wallet.

askgamblers and @roobet please help it is 7th day and no payment has been credited to bank or roobet account i want solution they keep saying we are talking to payment provider they are making people fool. and not giving money i need to pay my fees 9th may is last date i need to pay my fees please help every proof has been given to roobet but no response. i am very frustrated <content removed>

Cash withdrawals are sent and completed instantly from our side, but can take 0-3 business days (business days are only Monday - Friday) to reach your account!​

I am seeing that your withdrawal was placed May 8th, so if you do not see this by end of day on the 13th, please let us know and we can launch an investigation on your behalf.
