Hi.

I did a withdrawal of 3608rs on 25th April, and now it is 19th May, but I have still not received my withdrawal into my bank account.

When I approach their customer service, they are delaying my withdrawal without any reason.

Please help me get my withdrawal to my bank account.

In the above picture, the second is a withdrawal that I did not receive.

If you are unable to withdraw my funds to my bank account atleast refund my withdraw amount to my Roobet account so that I can withdraw it again .

Their customer support are only saying that they are waiting for the response from payment provider from 24days. Worst customer support . I need my withdraw of 3608rs or atleast refund my money to my Roobet account so that I can withdraw it again .

You are sending this message to me since 24days . What is your payment provider doing . You say that the customers will receive their withdraw within 7days but it has already been 24days but still I have not received my withdraw or refund to my roobet account.

It has been already 29days since I have submmited my withdraw of 3608rs but still I have not received my withdraw to my bank account nor I have received refund .

I had received my 3608rs back to my account and I initiated a new withdraw of 3608rs but it is showing completed but still I have not received it to my bank account.

I did a withdraw of 3608rs on 31st may but still I have not received my withdraw to my bank account..
It has already been 8days but still i have not received my withdraw to my bank account..

If you cant withdraw my funds then send back 3608rs to my roobet account so that I can place a new withdraw request.

I see our team has notified you about 20 hours ago that we identified that your withdrawal attempt with the Id 2635704074 failed and the funds were returned to your account. Shortly after the amount was credited back, as reflected in your updated balance. You can check this information in your transactions history as well.

In regards to 2723599163, we see this was successful from our end with the UTR number that has been provided to you. In this case, please contact your bank directly so they may trace this transaction for you.
