RooBet Casino - VIP Account terminated without explanation
On Tuesday 18/May/2021 i received an email from Roobet saying that they will terminate my account because irregularities has been found.
I replied asking for more details to what kind of irregularities were found that made them terminate my account.
Few hours later i received their reply saying literally the same thing, where they found irregularities with my account and that they have no other information to provide other than they will terminate my account and wishing me the best with my future endeavors and this was the last email i received from them.
The reason im writing this complaint is because my account is a VIP account. I wagered over $1.5m over the past 6 months or so and i became a VIP about a month ago.
I worked hard to become VIP. I want to know what is the “irregularities” they found and hopefully have my account back to normal.
