RooBet Casino - Verification problems and Bonus could not be used

On the 26 of January, my account got restricted due to a random compliance check. Twice I sent the wrong information according to the complaint support, then I sent it in the third time all of the required documents on Saturday the 28 January. I haven't heard from them to this day. Every time I ask how long will the verification process take, nobody can tell me the exact time. They say, I quote, " Unfortunately, at this time we do not have an exact ETA but I can assure you the team will notify you in the other conversation once we have an update." They have said this to me for the past 5 days, the same thing over and over again.
Also before I got my account restricted on the 26th of January, I had 15 free bets given to me as a prize. I only used 9 of the free bets and the other 6 were gone due to my account being restricted, and I could not use them. At this point, I'm worried about my funds because I can't withdraw them from my Roobet account.
Right now, I want to withdraw all of my funds from my Roobet account. I have $505.36 in BTC on Roobet.
