RooBet Casino - Unjustified account lock
2/13/2021 was the day I received an email that my account was locked over region restriction. The following account was created on May2020 in Malaysia. No vpn was ever used because there was no problem accessing the website.
I've contacted live support multiple times and there was no response but to wait, I've also emailed CS and roobet yet theres no reply still. I've attached, emails chats and pics. This is the first time that this has occurred to me. The following account has almost 6000+ ticket that's available for the upcoming RooValentine event that I could miss for the account being locked and also a potential of losing a max level account.
I'd appreciate any response and help, thank you for your time on reading this.
