On March 31st 2025 I registered an account on Roobet and played a lot of casino games, mostly blackjack.
I deposited over $20000 and successfully withdrew 5,000, 631.03, and 8,000 via eth.
I then tried to withdraw $4,302 and 5,573.86 and got a notification that my withdraws were being held pending review and would be paid within 30 mins, but they weren't so I asked live chat about it and they said to wait and they will be paid. A few hours later I go back to check and I'm logged out and my account is banned. I asked them about that and they said to email them, when I emailed them they finally responded saying that due to some vague reasoning in their terms they are keeping my funds and I'm banned.
I responded back to them saying that they need to pay me deposits-withdraws per their tos then, which is likely higher than my deposits since I lost some money playing the games. No luck hearing back from them yet.

Please get these guys to either pay my last 2 withdraws or refund my deposits - withdraws preferably since I probably lost more than I won lol.

Dear AskGamblers,

Thank you for your patience.

The player's account has been thoroughly reviewed by Pragmatic, our game provider, who confirmed that the player is counting cards. It has been confirmed the player is employing statistical models and card counting techniques to gain a theoretical advantage over the house. Therefore, these funds were confiscated.

While I appreciate the honesty displayed here versus the robot-like responses via email, Roobet is not justified in confiscating my funds for simply being a high IQ individual who understands math.

I am not going to deny that I am capable of counting cards, but so is anyone else who didn't fail 3rd grade.

Please have them at least refund all my deposits - my withdraws even if they cannot honor my wins. I think that they should honor my full winnings though, and just ban me from future play if they are so worried that I'm somehow going to consistently beat them in a 50% penetration game lol.

In line with Clauses 6.1 and 6.4 of our Terms of Service, Roobet reserves the right to void the player’s bets and close the associated account.
