Hello, I registered on Roobet in May last year.
On this past Saturday, I deposited 160 dollars. By Sunday, my account balance was 298 dollars.
The account was already verified at level 2. However, they blocked my withdrawals.
First, they asked me to verify it to level 3, which I did (even if only level 2 is required to withdrawn, according to their own t&c) After that, they requested a selfie holding my ID. I sent it to them, but they rejected it, claiming that they couldn't see is clearly me, and that my elbow had to be visible. How on earth can I take a selfie where I have to properly show my ID and also my elbow? If I show my elbow they will complaint because they can't see my id properly!
This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not going to keep jumping through hoops like a monkey by sending more photos.
I understand that I might have lost my money, but if there’s any chance of getting it back, I’ll try. At the very least, they should refund my deposit if they don’t want to pay me the profits. But I earned that money fairly.
Thank you.

Keep it in mind, dear AskGamblers
At least the $300 are still there they have not just took it... matter of time i guess
PD: I woukd like to attach a screenshot record on how i can't acces live support , but file type not supported , if some of the parts require it i can send by email.
You are denying me the withdrawal of 300 euros. You asked me to verify my account to level three, which I did. You then asked for a selfie holding my ID, which I also provided. After that, you deactivated the live help or live support option on my account, completely ignoring me. Furthermore, you refuse to send me the supposed evidence publicly or even to my own email.
If the situation does not improve, I will have to report you to CADRE, which can revoke your license. https://cadre.online/
However, this will be my last resort, as I still trust in the good faith of people.
Thank you.
