RooBet Casino - Roobet locked me out the very second I tried to withdraw

I have waited 2 months to get my account unlocked and my funds released! The restricted countries listed on their site, I have never lived or visited. I have emailed, reached out on social media and talk to several Canadian based Roobet streamers that have admitted they aren’t legally allowed to play on Roobet until Roobet.CA comes out. River supports these streamers 24/7. I have also witnessed accounts getting locked and then unlocked the next day. I just want my money. I’ll never go back to the shady< offensive content removed > site but they should not be allowed to keep my money. They gladly took my deposit and let me gamble for 2 weeks not then locked me out the very second I tried to withdraw. Can someone please help me out? I really need this money now. Especially with Christmas right around the corner.

I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue with my Roobet account, where I am unable to access my funds despite completing full verification.
My account shows all verification levels approved, including identity and source of funds. However, I am currently facing the following problems:
I am unable to make any deposits (system shows “Depositing currently unavailable”)
All withdrawal attempts are failing via iCash.one
Error shown: “Transaction could not be processed, kindly contact support”

However, in reality:
