Roobet Defrauding
On 30th July 2025 around 4:05 AM IST, I made a deposit of ₹14,400 on Roobet using PhonePe UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but the transaction was marked as "declined" on Roobet. The funds were credited to Roobet’s UPI account (shri1188@sbi), which confirms that the payment reached them. The Roobet Transaction ID for this deposit is 2856269913, and the PhonePe reference ID is T2507300405541353242078. I contacted Roobet support immediately, but I have only received repetitive replies stating they are waiting for an update from their payment provider. Even after more than 48 hours, there has been no proper update, refund, or resolution. The support chat has been unhelpful and continues to respond with generic messages despite clear proof of payment.
