I made a deposit in Roobet via UPI on 5/5/2024 that went into processing in my end declined in Roobet but after 2 days it went from processing to success but Roobet provider didn't initiate refund to me.also when I ask about the status of refund they simply say check with your bank how can I do that if they didn't returned my money.
