One day I was depositing money in the Roobet Casino and I went to cash deposit upi (main). I took screenshot of it and paid after the payment the website says wait for 2-3 min. After waiting the website said payment expired. After I went back to roobet first of all showing processing. After it it was declined after to taking to casino live support said that your money would be refunded after 24 hr. After waiting to 1.5 days I again texted to life support and they ignored my message. I attached all my utr payment is done.

We strongly recommend that the player use official payment providers recommended by the casino and therefore, this complaint is being rejected.
