I am a Roobet player, I also refer players to receive commission. But I don't know why my account was locked without notice, I have reviewed Roobet's policies but found nothing in violation. I've been trying to figure out how to contact you guys to resolve it. This is an account I spent a lot of time and effort creating. Hope you guys can help me re-open my account.

This customer used their Roobet Rooferal code to refer players to our site through Google ads without our prior authorization. As stated in our terms of service, our Rooferal program is designed for players to refer friends and acquaintances. We do not allow the use of Rooferal codes for commercial or professional use, including running ad campaigns through internet browsers or social media profiles.
As a result of this violation of our terms, the customer's Roobet account was closed with immediate effect, without the possibility of returning to our site or participating in any services offered by Roobet.
Regrettably, this action was taken without prior communication being sent to the customer, which goes against our policies and processes and has been addressed internally.
Further, communication has now been sent regarding this, and we are in the process of sending the customer all pending earnings from affiliates as a one time courtesy gesture (no future affiliate earnings will be paid out as a result of the ToS violation).
Pending that final payout being sent, for which transaction proof will be provided to Cashier247, we consider this case closed moving forward.
