Hi my account is locked and I can't access it. I have tried to reset the password.
I can't find the customer service and need help.
I did not got even any email explain what's happened? I have made some deposits and everything was okay.

We have contacted the user in question and informed him about the reason for the account closure and what would be needed for us to look into a possible reinstatement of the account.
The reason for the closure was due to the account in question was strongly linked to a previously locked account on our website, therefore we had no other option to lock this account as well.
We are looking forward hearing back from the user and happy to solve this with him.
