RooBet Casino - Missing deposit and casino refusing evidence

Deposited through Ethereum, multiple deposits made in 1 day. Both arrived on same ETH hash (only 1 was credited the lower amount). 0.49ETC was not credited, it is in the wallet and wallet provider confirms it is present. All evidence provided. Staff refusing to look into it.

I request this amount refunded to my wallet or added to Roobet balance when you can see it’s in the wallet. It can be seen added on blockchain. It is NOT on my cashier list on Roobet. The wallet is correct. All evidence below.

Evidence from blockchain, wallet provider, cashier list, ETHscan, and all other deposits made to Roobet that day. Along with the unwillingness of staff to investigate as I ask.

Thank you for your patience Cam2711 while we investigated this issue further. The customer service rep you spoke with does appear to be correct. Here is a blockchair link to your Roobet deposit address https:­//b­loc­kch­air.co­m/e­the­reu­m/a­ddr­ess­/0x­ee2­eac­bb2­0bb­9e7­d40­e9f­890­4ba­225­ef1­7fe­e438, this shows all transactions to that deposit address, and out of that deposit address. I have attached a photo from that explorer showing all of your deposits from the day in question. You can see 3 ETH deposits to that address: 0xaa28­8b0­c67­670­401­7b5­3b9­52b­ad7­d3d­8ca­954­785­376­c93­6bf­9af­62b­6b9­d24ad4, 0xcd43­b6a­c20­1d5­6a6­b62­3dc­6b4­938­8ff­4e2­437­e57­b70­f72­1d7­00a­830­543­ba546a, and 0xBF18­3A9­146­1b9­604­80b­448­29E­FF5­FfC­D9e­bFFabC. All of the funds from those deposits were accounted for on your account (totaling $2,110.38).

In that photo you will also see two other transactions leaving that wallet address, that is the ETH you deposited being transferred to our hot wallet. Those transaction hashes are 0x6e98­879­f81­85a­0b0­2b1­fa6­6ff­457­ecf­3dd­d5b­e82­b88­d75­726­ab4­6a5­ce1­37b914 and 0xC94e­BB3­28a­C25­b95­DB0­E0A­A96­837­188­5Fa­516215.

I believe the confusion in question lies in transaction 0xC94e­BB3­28a­C25­b95­DB0­E0A­A96­837­188­5Fa­516215 where you can see 0.49440035ETH leaving your Roobet ETH deposit address, and moving to our Hot Wallet. That is the combined value of your two deposits, 0xcd43­b6a­c20­1d5­6a6­b62­3dc­6b4­938­8ff­4e2­437­e57­b70­f72­1d7­00a­830­543­ba546a and 0xc212­aa2­768­9e0­32c­14d­e36­b7d­6fc­869­11b­523­96f­b51­6ec­c4a­898­1d8­4bb­e133a8 which successfully hit your account (totaling $1,439.41) as seen in the second attached photo.

Etherscan, shown in the last photo, also reflects this same activity. Neither explorer appears to show an uncredited .49 ETH deposit. You did have two separate transactions totaling that amount that were successfully credited to your account.

That being said I don't believe there is any extra money you were missing. If this explanation did not help, please provide us with the transaction hash for the .49 deposit you believe to have gone missing. It does appear if that was the case that that single transaction was dropped and replaced by the two smaller transactions that did hit your account, and we have 2 different block explorers that do not show a third transaction totaling .49 ETH in the photos I attached. If you are still confused or if you have another transaction hash you'd like us to investigate please provide that and we will be happy to take a look.

Is withholding my funds and blocking me when I complain

Hey everyone,


I am posting this to warn other players and to get the attention of Roobet’s management. Roobet has been holding my money hostage for over a month now, using endless "verification checks" as a deliberate stalling tactic to avoid paying me out.

Here is the exact timeline of how they treat their customers:


The Setup: Over a month ago, I requested a withdrawal and was denied and asked to complete a Source of Funds verification. I immediately wanted to cooperate and follow the rules.


The Document: I submitted my official, government-registered Norwegian pay slip (Employer:< removed >). It shows my full name, the year (2026), and all legal tracking info. They rejected it, claiming it "didn't meet standards", which is completely absurd for an official document.

The Stalling: For weeks, every time I email them for updates, I just receive the exact same automated robot answer: "We will notify the team and get back to you." They never do.

The Ghosting: Yesterday, I tried resolving this via live chat. The agent ("Lucy") was listed as active but completely ignored my messages for hours while I was just begging for a manual review (see attached file)


The "Soft-Ban" Retaliation: When I finally had enough and pasted a formal notice demanding a compliance manager, the agent literally terminated my session 15 seconds later. They blocked my chat access and forced a fake "network connection error" screen to pop up just to get rid of a complaining customer.


Conclusion:

This is classic predatory behavior. Roobet is trying to wear me down, hoping I will give up or gamble my balance away. It is a severe breach of gaming regulations to actively block a player from contacting customer support when they ask for their rightful payout.

I demand that a real Compliance Manager looks at my case, approves my authentic income documents, unblocks my live chat, and releases my funds.

Verified Account but Funds Locked Disabled and Withdrawals Failing Fund above 225000
I am submitting this complaint regarding a serious issue with my Roobet account, where I am unable to access my funds despite completing full verification.
My account shows all verification levels approved, including identity and source of funds. However, I am currently facing the following problems:
I am unable to make any deposits (system shows “Depositing currently unavailable”)
All withdrawal attempts are failing via iCash.one
Error shown: “Transaction could not be processed, kindly contact support”

Main Issue: Contradictory Support Responses
The support team has provided inconsistent and misleading information:

Later, they stated that my account is restricted from FIAT payments due to security reasons
However, in reality:
Deposits are disabled
Withdrawals are not processing
No clear explanation or resolution has been provided
Live chat is also not responding anymore.
Concerns:
Funds are being held without justification
No transparency from the platform
No clear communication or timeline for resolution
Support is unresponsive
