Deposited through Ethereum, multiple deposits made in 1 day. Both arrived on same ETH hash (only 1 was credited the lower amount). 0.49ETC was not credited, it is in the wallet and wallet provider confirms it is present. All evidence provided. Staff refusing to look into it.
I request this amount refunded to my wallet or added to Roobet balance when you can see it’s in the wallet. It can be seen added on blockchain. It is NOT on my cashier list on Roobet. The wallet is correct. All evidence below.

In that photo you will also see two other transactions leaving that wallet address, that is the ETH you deposited being transferred to our hot wallet. Those transaction hashes are 0x6e98879f8185a0b02b1fa66ff457ecf3ddd5be82b88d75726ab46a5ce137b914 and 0xC94eBB328aC25b95DB0E0AA968371885Fa516215.
I believe the confusion in question lies in transaction 0xC94eBB328aC25b95DB0E0AA968371885Fa516215 where you can see 0.49440035ETH leaving your Roobet ETH deposit address, and moving to our Hot Wallet. That is the combined value of your two deposits, 0xcd43b6ac201d56a6b623dc6b49388ff4e2437e57b70f721d700a830543ba546a and 0xc212aa27689e032c14de36b7d6fc86911b52396fb516ecc4a8981d84bbe133a8 which successfully hit your account (totaling $1,439.41) as seen in the second attached photo.
Etherscan, shown in the last photo, also reflects this same activity. Neither explorer appears to show an uncredited .49 ETH deposit. You did have two separate transactions totaling that amount that were successfully credited to your account.
That being said I don't believe there is any extra money you were missing. If this explanation did not help, please provide us with the transaction hash for the .49 deposit you believe to have gone missing. It does appear if that was the case that that single transaction was dropped and replaced by the two smaller transactions that did hit your account, and we have 2 different block explorers that do not show a third transaction totaling .49 ETH in the photos I attached. If you are still confused or if you have another transaction hash you'd like us to investigate please provide that and we will be happy to take a look.
