I am a Roobet player, I have 200$ in my locked Roobet account. But I don't know why my account was locked without notice, I have reviewed Roobet's policies but found nothing in violation. I've been trying to figure out how to contact you guys to resolve it. But its been over a week now with no responses. This is an account I spent a lot of time and effort creating.
I have reviewed the email from Roobet but only see the promotion notification, no email informing my account will be locked or violate the terms of cooperation. This account is very important to me, it is the result that I have worked hard to build for many months. I hope to get back my 200$ non wagered money back, too my crypto wallet
