I deposited 12$ on 2nd of feb. and I'm in continuous to touch with customer service of Roobet but they didn’t reply and not resolving issue and seems like they are not interested in responding to their customers and not resolving my issue at all.
They are making their customer become frustrated so that they get frustrated and leave the issue.

Upon investigating further, the bank has confirmed that they have not received the payment for the provided UTR for deposit 2432278251.
If the amount has been deducted from the user's account, we kindly recommend contacting their bank directly to inquire about their refund policy and next steps. They should be able to provide further clarification and assistance regarding this matter.
